One of the week’s highlights is BOB Space landing in Tokyo — and they’re bringing some of Asia’s top forward-thinking Bitcoin builders with them. To celebrate this rare opportunity, Tokyo Bitcoin Base is opening its internal study session to the public, with two Bitcoin workshops scheduled.

Join a hands-on walkthrough of Shroud, a Bitcoin wallet that implements Silent Payments — a privacy upgrade designed to make Bitcoin transactions unlinkable without changing the base protocol.

The workshop is facilitated by Anmol Sharma, one of India’s emerging leaders in Bitcoin development, specializing in privacy technologies and open-source education. His Bitcoin and FOSS journey started after being part of Summer of Bitcoin. He went on to contribute to important open-source projects and later joined Bold Bitcoin as a Backend Engineering Intern, where he deepened his expertise in Bitcoin infrastructure.

Today, Anmol is the Lead Developer of Shroud, a cutting-edge implementation of Silent Payments — one of the most promising approaches to improving privacy on Bitcoin without sacrificing decentralization or security.
