On December 4th at Pubkey DC, Nashville-based independent musician Ainsley Costello will sit down with DC artist David Tarr for a conversation about her path into music, how she found her way into the Bitcoin and Nostr communities, and what decentralized tools have meant for sharing her work.
They’ll talk through the real challenges independent artists face, from getting paid fairly to building an audience without relying on traditional industry gatekeepers.
Musicians, music lovers, and anyone curious about the creative process are welcome to join, learn, and ask questions. This is a chance to hear two music artists compare experiences and explore new ways independent creators can support their craft.
