The South Sydney Bitcoin Social Meetup brings together curious minds and seasoned Bitcoiners at the Taren Point Bowling Club (203 Holt Rd) on the fourth Thursday of each month — a great excuse to get out, grab a drink, and finally get your Bitcoin questions answered.
Whether Bitcoin is a word you’ve been hearing for years without fully grasping, or you’re already down the rabbit hole and just want like-minded people to talk to, this is the place to be. Experienced Bitcoiners will be on hand to walk through the basics — setting up a wallet, making payments, and getting a business ready to accept Bitcoin — alongside open conversations about buying Bitcoin, understanding why Bitcoin matters, and keeping it secure.
All levels are welcome. No prior knowledge needed. Just bring your curiosity.
