If you’ve heard of Bitcoin but aren’t quite sure what it’s all about—or if you’re simply looking to meet others who share your interest—come along to the Southern Sydney Bitcoin Social Meetup. Held at The Miranda Hotel, usually on the fourth Thursday of each month, this event is open to everyone, from curious beginners to experienced Bitcoiners.
For newcomers, it’s a friendly and pressure-free environment to start learning. There will be experienced Bitcoiners on hand to help with everything from setting up your first wallet and making payments, to understanding how Bitcoin works and even how your business can start accepting it.
We’ll dive into topics like why Bitcoin matters, how to buy it safely, and how to secure your digital assets. But above all, this is about casual, engaging conversation and building a community of people who care about the future of money.
