We’re gathering at Panther City BBQ, Fort Worth’s Michelin-recommended smokehouse at 201 E Hattie St. Offset-pit brisket, Tex-Mex sides, a patio, and a full bar. Come early — kitchen runs Wed–Sun, 11 AM to 8 PM.

Good barbecue and good Bitcoin have the same rule: time, heat, and work you cannot fake. Texas is in the middle of that same test. Miners and AI data centers are competing for the same ERCOT megawatts. Batch Zero is handing out conditional capacity. Sites with real interconnection are worth more than paper queues.
