In July 2026, Coinkite disclosed that seed generation on certain Coldcards was far less random than it looked. We’ll go back over what actually happened, then draw the lesson that matters: never trust your seed to a single device. In the second half, a hands-on workshop: we’ll generate a wallet by combining two independent sources of entropy.
