We would like to see a better form of internet. One where the poeple that make the internet work are the owners of the internet. Blockchain technology gives us the opportunity to create a new form of internet where things are organised by the people, for the and where the rewards go to the people that make things better.
Nostr is the next layer of the internet, we want to build a better solution where we escape the monopoly platforms of Web 2.0. Decentralisation is the key to freedom. Code that allows us interact with each other independently of advertiser tracking and subscriptions is the new format for the internet.
We are a community and a network of people that aim to promote freedom of speech, from of expression and freedom of association. These are the tenants of democracy. We are not focusing on the politics of the left or the right, we attempting to restore the social democracy that is falling away with web 2.0. Censorship, tracking and cancel culture are becoming the norm on social media in the modern world. As this process creeps on, we come to accept it as the norm. Let’s work together to create an alternative.
