We’ll look at inflation protection, leverage, cash flow, custody and counterparty risk, liquidity, maintenance and taxes, as well as how local housing markets and global Bitcoin adoption might evolve over the next decade. The goal is not to declare a winner, but to give you a clearer framework for deciding how (and whether) Bitcoin and real estate both fit into a long-term savings and investment strategy.
