The Miami Bitcoin Developers Socratic Seminar is a monthly, interactive meetup focused on in-depth discussion of Bitcoin development and related topics. Hosted in a Socratic seminar format, the event emphasizes open dialogue, critical thinking, and collaborative learning through thoughtful questions rather than formal presentations.
Developers, researchers, and curious Bitcoiners alike are encouraged to participate, regardless of experience level. Topics may range from protocol design and scaling to privacy, tooling, and ongoing research within the Bitcoin ecosystem. The goal is to create a space where participants can deepen their understanding, challenge assumptions, and learn directly from one another.
How to Get Involved:
- Propose topics for discussion before each event by creating a GitHub issue, posting in the Bitcoin Grove Telegram group or emailing ras@miamibitdevs.org.
- Presentations & Announcements: The last 20 minutes are reserved for presentations and community updates.
