If you are curious about Bitcoin and are just getting started, this is the event for you. We provide a safe and welcoming environment to allow newcomers to feel open to asking questions. If you have never received or held Bitcoin in your own custody, we can get you set up and send you your first sats!
The Grand Rapids Bitcoin Meetup is a gathering where individuals can meet and discuss Bitcoin and related topics. We present and discuss specific topics related to Bitcoin. All are welcome, from newbies to developers. This is a great opportunity to make connections and learn from each other. Get there early to grab a seat. Our presentation space is limited to 20. If the space is full, you are welcome to gather and chat with each other in the common area.
This is a Bitcoin-only event. We welcome everyone, but the focus will be on Bitcoin, not “crypto.” This is to keep the educational experience rooted in fundamentals and prevent confusion, false information, and scams.
