Amsterdam, Netherlands // November 13, 2025 — Geyser, the Bitcoin-native crowdfunding platform empowering creators and communities worldwide, has launched All-or-Nothing (AoN), a new campaign mode that lets creators set a clear funding goal and receive funds only if that goal is met. If the target isn’t reached, all contributions are returned to backers.
The All-or-Nothing model gives backers full confidence while ensuring creators have the resources they need to bring their ideas to life. When funding goals aren’t met, Geyser charges no fees, creating a fair, transparent model that aligns incentives between creators, contributors, and Geyser.
This structure lends itself perfectly to product launches such as books, films, hardware items, and collectibles — where creators can validate demand before production and backers can support projects with confidence.
Built on Rootstock Smart Contracts
AoN is powered by Rootstock smart contracts, enabling programmable Bitcoin functionality within a fully Bitcoin-native experience. Geyser operates entirely non-custodially, meaning it never holds user funds. Bitcoin contributions remain locked in the smart contract until the campaign goal is met or are automatically refunded if it isn’t.
Seamless Experience with Boltz Swaps
To keep the experience simple and intuitive, Geyser uses Boltz swaps to bridge Bitcoin and Lightning to Rootstock. This integration makes it possible to hide the Rootstock smart-contract complexity behind a smooth interface, allowing contributors to make payments and receive refunds directly over Bitcoin or Lightning without needing to manage additional assets.

Creators can now select the All-or-Nothing mode when setting up their Geyser projects. They define a funding goal in Bitcoin and a campaign duration. If the target is reached, funds are released directly to the creator; if not, all contributions can be refunded.
