Using a hardware wallet is a crucial aspect of keeping your Bitcoin secure, but can cost anywhere from $90 – $200.
In this class, the Bitcoin Network NYC will be teaching students how to make your own hardware wallet by buying generic hardware online and installing JadeOS onto it.
Learn how to do so to:
- Gain a greater familiarity and comfort level with how hardware wallets work.
- Affordably use buy and use new hardware wallets to split up your savings between them.
- Build the muscle memory of setting up and recovering a wallet in order to feel confident using it in the future.
This class is beginner friendly! Setting up and using a hardware wallet is much easier than you’d think.
In this class we’ll be teaching how to use a LilyGo with JaseOS.
