The Bitcoin Lightning Workshop comes to Lexington, SC on Monday, March 23 at the Lexington County Public Library — a hands-on evening for anyone looking to get a real grasp on how Bitcoin’s Layer 2 actually works.
The night opens with a welcome for newcomers, giving anyone fresh to Bitcoin a chance to get their bearings and have their questions answered before diving in.
From there, the workshop turns its focus to the Lightning Network — what it is, how it moves money instantly with minimal fees, and where it still has room to grow. Wallet options get a proper look too, including the tradeoffs that come with each. Custody, privacy, and fees round out the key considerations worth understanding before putting Lightning to use.
The evening closes with an open Q&A covering anything Bitcoin — and questions are welcome at any point throughout the night, not just at the end.
