Bitcoin HK Meetup is a monthly public gathering for anyone interested in Bitcoin in Hong Kong. The meetup offers a practical, hands-on environment where attendees can meet local Bitcoiners, install a wallet, exchange sats, and talk through recent developments across the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Beyond discussion, participants often put Bitcoin to use—whether through informal peer-to-peer exchanges of goods and services in BTC or by using Bitcoin and Lightning to split bills. Developers are welcome, as are newcomers looking to understand how Bitcoin works in real life.
The meetup takes place at the IFC P4 Rooftop Garden near Shake Shack, with seating on a first-come basis. Late arrivals are accommodated until 8:45 PM.
