The ATL BitDevs Meetup is a community event dedicated to free and open education about Bitcoin. Each session dives into the inner workings of Bitcoin, offering participants the chance to learn not just what Bitcoin is, but how it actually functions at a technical level.
Tonight’s Topic
Tonight is Hacker Show n’ Tell! We will have five slots of 15 minutes for people to demo bitcoin projects they have been working on recently.
While the discussions are designed with a strong technical focus, the meetup remains open to people of all skill levels. Whether someone is completely new to Bitcoin or already comfortable with its protocols, the event provides a welcoming space to ask questions, expand knowledge, and connect with others who are passionate about understanding Bitcoin at its core.
What should I expect?
Every first Wednesday of the month is a Learning Bitcoin session at ATL BitLab. This week’s topic will be posted ahead of time at atlbit.dev. Sometimes it may be a reading discussion group, other times it might be a presentation or workshop.
Regardless, you do not need any prior knowledge to attend. Just come with an open mind.
Is this for me?
If you want to learn about bitcoin, then yes! While these sessions are engineering focused, many of our attendees are not engineers. Our crew also includes designers, hobbyists, product managers, entrepreneurs, and simply curious people who like to stay ahead of the curve with this technology.
